According to the related provision of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (60 Edition), the manufacturers or retailers of lithium battery or battery pack produced after 30th June 2003 should provide UN38.3 Test Summary, which is regulated in provision 38.3.5, part III, section 38.3, in Manual of Testes and Criteria. UN38.3 Test Summary is mandatory from 1st January 2020, which shall include complete company name, address, phone number, email address, website and battery information as well as testing information.
