The earliest possible date for the 2016 certificate of appraisal to be handled from November 16, 2015 to December 7, 2015 is December 14, 2015. From December 7, 2015 to January 8, 2016, the 2016 appraisal letter shall be handled, and the agreed completion time is generally 5 working days. During this period, no expedited service will be provided for booking;
