The Technical Resolution on the List of Key Components and Materials for Mandatory Product Certification of Audio and Video Equipment, Information Technology Equipment and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment has been revised. In audio and video products (08), information technology equipment (09), telecommunications terminal equipment (16) in portable electronic products with lithium ion batteries and battery pack to add GB31241 as the test basis standard.
The decision will be implemented from August 1, 2015, the implementation date of GB31241, with a transitional period of 6 months, until January 31, 2016.
